Mission: Cybersecurity
§1
Definitions
The terms used in this document have the following meanings:
- Seller - Mission Cybersecurity sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Kraków, ul. Zamknięta 10/1.5, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the XI Commercial Division of the National Court Register at the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, under the KRS number: 0001163209, NIP: 6793326448, providing Services through the System.
- User - a service recipient, entrepreneur, or consumer, a buyer, anyone who uses the Service authorized by the Seller.
- System - a system of web applications consisting of static and dynamic documents, including files, such as graphics, animations, video files, scripts, and other elements connected by mutual relationships available under the domain misjacyberbezpieczenstwo.pl or misjacyber.pl.
- Service - the provision of a service without the simultaneous presence of the Parties by transmitting data at the individual request of the User, sent and received through devices for electronic data processing and storage, which are entirely sent and received or transmitted via the Internet, including, in particular, the online game Mission: Cybersecurity and elements enabling user management within an organization using the Service.
- Parties - Seller and User.

General Provisions
- The Seller is the owner of the System and the Service.
- The terms of use of the service define the conditions for using the Service through the System by the User.
- The Seller reserves the right to change these Terms of Service for valid reasons.
- All changes come into effect on the date of their publication on the Terms of Service page.
- Using the System after the changes come into effect means accepting these changes. The User has the right to refuse to accept the changes by deleting their account if technically possible or by refraining from using the System.

"Delivery" of the Service
The User gains access to the online game Mission: Cybersecurity through the Seller's website.

Technical Requirements
In order to use the System, it is necessary to have:
- an Internet connection,
- an up to date and supported web browser including: Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Google Chrome, Apple Safari.
- enabled support for Cookies and Java Script.
If the User uses hardware or software that does not meet the technical requirements specified in section 1, the Seller does not guarantee the proper functioning of the System.

Intellectual Property
- The Seller declares that, in connection with the performance for the User of an order, the User is provided with content protected by intellectual property rights, in particular works protected by copyright. By using any services offered by the Seller and/or visiting the Seller's pages, the User does not acquire any copyrights to any content/materials, in particular software, placed on the Seller's pages.
- The User is obliged to comply with the provisions of intellectual property law. In particular, any copying, making changes, distribution, as well as public reproduction of the provided content without the written consent of the User is prohibited, unless it results from separate agreements or binding legal provisions. It is also forbidden to use any text, graphic, or musical elements, as well as elements of code or page structure to create derivative works for purposes other than personal use. It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, or distribute any content, including texts, graphics, and software obtained from the Seller's pages.

Rights and Obligations of Users and Sanctions
- The User is entitled to use the Service in accordance with its intended purpose. It is forbidden to use the Service for commercial purposes or in a way that may infringe the Seller's copyrights.
- Access to the Service is allowed only for authorized Users. The User of the Service can use their account only personally. It is forbidden to sell or share the account with other people without the express consent of the Seller.
- The login and password to the account are confidential information. It is forbidden to disclose them to anyone. The User should take all precautions to properly secure authentication data (login and password) against unauthorized access by third parties. The User should establish a strong password that makes it difficult to guess.
- Attempts to obtain unauthorized access to the Service are strictly prohibited. It is also prohibited to take actions to the detriment of the Seller and other Users. This prohibition includes, in particular, actions that may constitute acts of cybercrime, such as tests, attempts at identification and the use of software vulnerabilities, obtaining unauthorized access to other Users' data, and using the Service in a way that causes an increased load on the Service's servers.
- In the event of a breach of the above provisions, the Seller is entitled to take action and apply sanctions to eliminate unwanted behavior. The Seller has the right to block access to the System or its parts for valid reasons, in particular, if irregularities in the use of the System are identified, or if circumstances that could harm the User or the Seller arise.
§7
Limitations of Liability
- The Seller is not responsible for the malfunction of the service's software caused by force majeure, including, but not limited to, natural events, wars, riots, acts of terrorism, power outages, or other events beyond the Seller's control.
- The Seller is not responsible for the actions or omissions of the User that may lead to the malfunction of the service, including improper use of the software, failure to update the web browser, or other tools used to access the service.
§8
Final Provisions
- The Seller does not guarantee that the use of the System will proceed without defects.
- The Seller is not responsible for the User's use of the System contrary to the provisions of the Terms of Service, applicable legal regulations, or the provisions of agreements in force between the Seller and the User.
- The content provided as part of the Service is strictly for training purposes. The Seller is not responsible for the consequences of the User's actions influenced by recommendations provided to the User as part of the Service. The User bears full responsibility for understanding and applying the issues discussed in the Service in practice.
- The User is responsible for all consequences resulting from improper completion of forms available in the system, particularly when the User provides incorrect or false information.
- Matters not addressed in the Terms of Service are subject to the applicable provisions of Polish law, including the Civil Code and the Act of July 18, 2002, on the provision of electronic services, as well as other relevant legal regulations.
- Disputes arising from the interpretation or implementation of the Terms of Service will be resolved by a court with jurisdiction in accordance with the law.
