Cybersecurity training in 8 languages and a new Report Dashboard: what's new at Mission Cyber
Good cybersecurity training has to meet two conditions: employees need to want to finish it, and you need to be able to show that they did. We have been working on both. The result is three updates to the Mission Cyber platform: new language versions, a new course view and the Report Dashboard.
Update 1: cybersecurity training in 8 languages, now also in Spanish and French
The Mission Cyber training is available in 8 language versions: Polish, English, German, Czech, Latvian, Ukrainian and the new Spanish and French versions. Both new versions are already available to order.

One training for teams in different countries
International teams work in different languages, and cybersecurity training should be equally clear to everyone. With the new versions, Spanish- and French-speaking employees learn in their own language, which makes the training easier to engage with. Users choose their language on the platform with a single click, so they start the course straight away in the language they are most comfortable with. For organisations with branches abroad, this keeps things simple: there is no need to prepare translations yourself.
How do I order the training in a specific language?
Write to us at kontakt@misjacyber.pl and tell us which teams need which language versions. You can also see the platform in action: book a demo.
Update 2: a new course view that guides learners from start to finish
A good course is one that learners can find their way around intuitively. That is why we refreshed the course view on the platform so that it guides learners through the training step by step and lets them focus on learning. The changes bring four improvements.
1. Percentage progress indicator: see how much of the training is behind you
The percentage indicator shows how much of the current stage you have completed, so it is easier to plan a break or finish the stage in one go. The indicator label changes automatically with the selected language.
2. Move to the next stage with one click
You move to the next stage with a navigation arrow, without leaving the current activity. Getting around the course is faster and easier, and your attention stays on the training.
3. You can always return to the course map
A single link takes you back to the full course view, e.g. the main Mission Cyber course. You won't get lost, even when a course has many stages.
4. Completion screens that tell you what's next
In all trainings, the completion screens now include a short tip on how to navigate the new view. This helps learners get used to the refreshed interface quickly.
Update 3: the Report Dashboard, with training data ready for your board and auditor
Imagine your board asks: how many employees have completed the cybersecurity training? Or an auditor asks: how did you document it? (This is an illustrative example.) Answering should take a few minutes, not several days of collecting data. That is what the Report Dashboard is for.
What is the Report Dashboard?
The Report Dashboard is a new section in the coordinator panel that brings together four reports with learner data: progress, scores and learning time. It extends the existing monitoring of key indicators and lets you quickly show how the training is going in your organisation.
| Report | What question it answers | What you will see |
|---|---|---|
| Course summary | How many people are enrolled, how many have completed the course and what are the scores? | Enrolled and completed, average, highest and lowest course grade |
| Training summary | Which training do learners get stuck on or struggle with? | Number of completions and grades for each training |
| Average time spent | How long do the course and its trainings take? | Average time in the course and in each training |
| Learners summary | Who is behind? | Individual progress of each person |
What else does the Report Dashboard offer?
You can view each report as a chart or a table, filter it by course, person and date range, and then export it to PDF, CSV, XLS or ODS. The Dashboard does not replace the existing reports: data on logins, sent emails and licences is still available in the platform's other reports.
For the board: three numbers instead of dozens of tables
A board rarely needs dozens of reports. Three numbers from the Report Dashboard and one supporting figure are enough:
- Completion rate and average score: compared with the pass mark (Course summary)
- The training with the lowest average: (Training summary)
- Number of people who have not logged in yet: (Users report, outside the Dashboard)
Export the tables to PDF and attach them to a short summary.
For auditors and NIS2: data you can show
In the context of NIS2 and mandatory cybersecurity training, what matters is not only that the training took place, but whether you can prove it. The platform collects the data your board or auditor may ask about, and the Report Dashboard makes it available in one place, ready to attach to your documentation.
| Board or auditor question | Where to find the answer | What data you get |
|---|---|---|
| How many employees have completed the training? | Course summary | Number enrolled and completed, completion rate, average score |
| Who has not completed the training? | Learners summary | Progress of each person and account status |
| Which trainings cause the most difficulty? | Training summary | Number of completions and average grades for each training |
| How much time did employees spend learning? | Average time spent | Average time in the course and in each training |
| Did people who are behind have access to the platform? | Users report (outside the Dashboard) | Dates of first and last login, number of logins |
The scope of training obligations depends on your organisation's status and current regulations, so it is worth checking it with a lawyer. Data from the platform, however, helps you give a reliable answer to questions about how the training went.

Book a demoFAQ: frequently asked questions
How many language versions does the Mission Cyber training have?
Eight: Polish, English, German, Czech, Latvian, Ukrainian and the new Spanish and French versions.
Where can I find the Report Dashboard?
Log in as a coordinator, select Site administration in the top menu and open the Reports tab. The Report Dashboard is the first icon in that tab.
Can I export a report from the Dashboard to PDF?
Yes. Every report in the Dashboard can be exported to CSV, XLS, ODS or PDF. The export saves exactly what you see on screen after applying filters.
Will data from the Report Dashboard help with an audit or NIS2?
It can help, because it shows completion rates, scores and learner progress in one place, and the reports can be exported to PDF, CSV, XLS or ODS and attached to your documentation. Your obligations depend on your organisation's status and the applicable regulations, so it is worth checking them with a lawyer.
How do I check who is behind with the training?
Open the Learners summary report in table view and sort the Progress column in ascending order. The people with the least progress appear at the top, and you can save the list to Excel with the export button.
